Scope
This policy covers the public website and pilot interest registration. The full driver and advertiser platform will receive an expanded, professionally reviewed policy before launch.
Information collected
Registration collects your selected role, name, email, optional phone and business name, suburb or area, message and consent time. A one-way hash of network information supports abuse prevention; the raw address is not retained in the registration record.
Use and storage
We use the information to assess demand, respond, plan launch areas, prevent abuse and maintain service records. Enquiries are held in access-controlled application storage. We do not provide registration details, exact home addresses or individual location information to advertisers.
Future location processing
The planned driver product may use consented phone location and BLE data to verify eligible journeys. That processing is not active on this public website and will receive specific notice, consent, security and retention controls before launch.
Access correction and complaints
Use the contact page to request access, correction or deletion, or to make a privacy complaint. A verified privacy contact address and final retention periods will be published before active onboarding.
